LTA Mediation provides mediation services to individuals, families, businesses, or other organizations. We are trained to work with all parties to resolve combative issues confidentially and non-judgmentally, and as a non-directive third party. We guide the parties involved through difficult times to either preserve their relationships, to settle disputes, or to reach an agreement through their divorce process.


LTA also offers workshops in conflict resolution that are geared toward giving people the tools they need to manage relationships and steer clear of disputes before they occur or resolve the ones that do occur. Workshops can be tailored to fit the size and scope of your company or organization.


Conflict are part of life, especially when two or more people share one environmenmt o a regular basis. They can lead to alienation between friends, spouses, other family members, co-workers, or neighbors. Disputes in the workplace can occur at all levels and lead to morale problems and productivity concerns.


However, the discomfort, hurt, and discord conflicts cause to persons involved can be reversed and harmony and better productivity can be restored by learning better communication skills. Conflicts don't need to be considered a total end to any relationship, but instead can present an opportunity to reach an improved one in a healthier environment.




Every divorcing couple must resolve their issues before the divorce can become final. Traditionally, each of the parties hires his/her own lawyer to handle their challenges prior to the legal conclusion of the marriage. However,this is not the case when it comes to Divorce Mediation.
